A former COO and seasoned strategy + operations leader, Kayla has spent over a decade helping businesses scale smart while staying firmly rooted. From scrappy startups to giants like Netflix, Hilton, Booking.com, and Merck, she’s helped visionary teams grow sustainably—building high-impact orgs from 50 to 250+ global employees, scaling valuation by over $12B in just two years, and launching global systems that keep bold ideas from fizzling out in the stratosphere.
